Refund policy

At LUVIAN, we take pride in our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Conditions for Return: To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain jewelry items (such as earrings) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• How to Start a Return: Please contact us via WhatsApp or Call at +92 328 4985612 with your order number and photos of the product.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash (excluding original shipping costs).
